Ah !! I am finally 16 today !! Grow older le... As what Jun Lin said in a spastic way (sounding like an old man), "Grow up le... One year older le... Must be obedient..." Lol... Haha...

Anyway, thanks all for your birthday wishes and presents !! I appreciate and like it very much !! =) Luo Zhi Xiang's (Xiao Zhu's) birthday is also today. Lol, just heard it from the radio. He 28 years old this year... Ooo.. 12 years older...

Just came back from Swensens. Went there to celebrate my birthday which is tomorrow !! Lol... Aiya, just a simple celebration with my family... Ate Chicken Cutlet as main course and ordered a "Regular Earthquake" as ice cream. This ice cream can choose 8 flavours de. So cool... Lol... So happy !! Wheee.... =)

Anyway, I didn't change my handphone. The offer too irresistable le. Everyone also go chiong and buy and the shop no stock !! And the nearby shops also no stock !!! Haiz... Have to wait for another offer le... Perhaps next Saturday bah... Shall see then.... =)

Feeling a bit giddy now actually, not sure why. I think it's because of the "Rum" flavour ice cream. Lol... Am i drunk?? (Exaggerating???)

Just finished writing my SRQ essay, lol. Basically, I completed all my homework le. Hehe...

This Wednesday will be test spam: English Term Test, Physics Class Test, IHE Geography Mock Test. Argh !!! So many tests, will I die??? =(

Maybe I should start studying now...

I think i going to change handphone. Change to Sony Ericsson W850i. Singtel got offer mah on 28-29 July. W850i only $98. If got trade-in, pay even lesser lor. Ooo, maybe I will change. Need to ask parents. Lol... The online reviews for this handphone look good. Handphone features are excellent but the reviews just reveal that the controls are difficult to press but have to get used to it lah...

Hi guys, I am back to blog again...

On Tuesday, WANGWY came into the class and announced that she will be leaving soon and her last lesson with us will be on 31 July. The whole class knows that she will be leaving already, but the whole class just pretend they didn't know and say, "Huh? You are leaving? Why?.." Sounds so fake right? Lol...

She explained that she will be leaving as she is going to teach in an international school - United World College. And it's not in Singapore, it's going to be in Bangkok, Thailand !! Oooo. Well, she said that her departure will be good for us (??? Don't understand). Lol... She revealed that she liked teaching those Chinese Literature, Chinese Novels, etc. And she doesn't like teaching "bao zhang bao dao", which to her is low level of writing. So, these were the reasons she wants to leave.

Well, but who knows, what's the underlying factor behind her departure? Is it because of a higher pay at the international school? Well, perhaps it is...

Took the AMC on Wednesday. First few questions were relatively easy. Until like Q18, Q19, onwards, it's like dam difficult lah. I heck lah, just tikam and choose on option and just one write answer for Q26-Q30... Lol..

Haha, today also got Math Test 6. Screwed up the first question. My first working already sub in wrong value then the rest of my answers all wrong. Die !! Nvm lah... Today's Chinese lesson also dam slack. Gave us two Chinese articles and just briefly go through and was talking crap after going through the articles.

Anyway, today I was feeling sick in class. Sore throat, throat going to have no voice like that, Fever, Body Aches. But no flu !! Lol... Then the classroom was so cold, have to endure the cold...
After dinner, went to see a doctor. Usual illness lah => Fever and Sore throat. Got 4 types of medicine from the doctor=> Paracetamol, Antibiotic, medicine for sore throat and cough.

And now I am here typing, lol, after taking my medicine. Feeling much better now.

Gotta go revise for IHC mock test tomorrow le.

Lots of things happened during the past few days. Aiya, but I lazy to blog about it now liao. Cause forget or le. Did not blog the last few days because either I too lazy or because I sianz diao.. Lol..

But anyways, the usual things happened during lessons.
WANGWY lessons were interesting when we did not have to write compositions. Everyone in the class will pretend to dao her and continue doing our things behind the desks. But sometimes, the class will just act enthu and pretend to read very loud for the passages she told the class to read. But isn't it weird, reading passages? Are we primary school kids? And one time she even exclaimed, "Ohhh... You all read very well... I give you all 1 ACE POINT !!" (obviously, she didn't say in English...)

Back to the main point, just like today's lesson, everyone was daoing her. She came into class. On-ed the computer. Went to http://www.zaobao.net/. Click on an article. WASTED time copying and pasting the article onto Microsoft Words which she could have just read from zaobao.net. Spent some time arranging and making the word document look neat. And when all was ready, 20 mins had gone. Well, that's WANGWY, she has 101 ways of wasting time. And she thick-skinnedly said, "I had initially wanted to give back your marked compositions but I realised that this article is very interesting so I decided to let you all read this article..." Lol lah, 99% is that she hasn't finish marking and was just saying that sentence to let us know that she is still very "hardworking". But well, there's a slight 1% chance that she really meant what she said. But it's FAT HOPE =)=)

I got my Harry Potter book from the school bookshop on Saturday and started reading it during the weekend. Finished about 100 odd pages on Saturday and stopped cause very tired after CCA training. Then on Sunday, I meng-ed. Lol, managed to read until page 555 (nice number isn't it? purposely de...lol) and stopped. Cause more or less I could have guessed what would happened next because the chapter on Harry entering Snape's memory more or less answered all the mysteries and question marks in the book. Finally, today finished the rest of the book. =) Whee... Overall, I must say that this book is very interesting. It has a lot of unexpected twists. Rowling must be a genius to come up with such wonderful plots. Well, the series has ended, hoping for (perhaps) a new series to be coming out from Rowling. Or has she earned enough? Hehe...

Today school got 1/2 day because of the great achievements of Track and Field, Gym and Judo. So lessons stopped at 10.40a.m. Lol, then stayed in class to play bridge and "tai di" with Louis, Adriel, Wei Han, Aaron, Kevin. Had lots of fun playing...

So sianz, this week got a lot of classmates going overseas:
Kah Loke and Jia Xi - now already in Taiwan for Ironman and GlobalTiC competitions respectively. Wonder how they are doing now. Taiwan is hot now.. lol... maximum about 36-37 degrees i think.
Yi Kai - going London for London Youth Science Conference ; leaving on tomorrow night. He said he buying Harry Potter at London, lol...
Adrian and Hwa Pheng - going to Beijing for some aeronautical summer camp ; flying off on the 30th, if i am not wrong.

Woa, so many people leaving and this period is the busiest time of the term !!

Well, nevertheless, I send them my well-wishes: for those in competitions, wish they will bring glory back to school ; for those who are attending courses/conferences, wish they will enjoy and gain a wholenew experience while they are out.

Long time no blog liao... Well, let me re-cap the events:

Saturday & Sunday:

Went for VLC. Dam slack camp. We all thought going to be very hiong. Reach there first thing is ceremony. Haiz, then uniform not up to standard, tio scolded only. NO PUMPING. Haha, wheee... After ceremony are those usual stuff - Camp development, Opening speech, etc

After that was lectures after lectures. But in between also got break lah. Lectures were dam boring. Actually, I mean the content of the lectures were boring only, the lecturers were dam humourous, always cracking cold jokes.

20 plus people did not come for camp. However, they already pre-ordered the food. So they say cannot waste food. Then tmd, we had to eat more. Wa liew, we already dam bloated already lah, still need to eat more to clear all the food. The amount of rice can fill the paper plate fully + 3 Chicken Drumsticks and some other dishes. Eat until want to vomit lah. Haiz, is more food good or bad?

At night also nothing much lah. By the time night came, we were all quite tired liao, cause lectures really drain us off. After supper, went back to dormitory to sleep. Lol, never even bothered to bathe. Haha...

Next day, 6.00a.m wake up. 6.30a.m morning PT. PT was also dam slack. 30 pushups, 30 crunches, 40 counts of 4 of jumping jets and run about 2-3km only. After that was breakfast. Breakfast sucks. Porridge. To be more specific, it's chicken porridge. But how many pieces of chicken in one bowl of porridge? 2 pieces only. Argh ! Why lunch and dinner so nice then breakfast so sucky??

After that was some slack time until 9.30a.m for bunk inspection. Sianz, nothing to do also lor. After bunk inspection was team-building games. Played until lunch time. After lunch was just some area cleaning and packing up. And at 4.00p.m, BREAK CAMP !! HOOORAY!!! GO HOME !!!

Haha, when I reached home, I really dam tired le. So after dinner, I just fell asleep after eating my dinner...

Monday, Tuesday & Today:

These few days have been quite slack too. Monday was Racial Harmony Day. Lol, I became half game master half stall owner on that day le lor. Spent nearly 45mins to light up the charcoal fire. But in the end also no fire, just used the amber to cook. You know why so hard to light the charcoal? The charcoal had a fked up shape. Want to know what shape that was? Well, keep guessing and you will know. =) Anyway, when the amber was up, we "BBQued". Lol. The food turned out to be nice anyway.

Back to a game master, the Sec 1s and Sec 2s are fked up too. Dam playful, don't want to listen to me. Wanna live in their la-la land. Nevertheless, the day ended quite well.

Tuesday nothing much. Except for WANGWY lessons. Two very funny things happened. Well, it's difficult to re-enact here. Lol, but it was indeed funny. Lol, haha...

Today was a slack day too. Physics practical, english SRQ, biology continue to ask R-rated questions about human reproduction, IHE do foreign aid. Best of all, Math was no lesson. Mr. Png came in and said, "I give you all two options: One, we have lessons. Two, we ask Louis to stand on the chair and sing". Then everyone was like LOL-ing lah. Haha. Obviously, we chose the second choice and Louis sang Phantom of the Opera. Haha... La-di-da... So, the whole lesson was just singing and slacking away. Haha...

Lastly, I finished watching my Hong Kong drama - Forensic Heroes. Finally finished it right? Lol. It was very interesting and exciting. It gives me a greater insight to the world of forensic and there were extremely challenging cases too. Lol. According to the Web, there is a Forensic Heroes II which will start filming in September 2007. Lol, hope to watch part II of this show.
Meanwhile, I am still looking for new dramas to watch. Hehe...

Never blog for past 2 days le. Lazy to blog. Haha...

Thursday's assembly rocks. My class, 4I dominates the whole assembly. Firstly, there was the commendation awards given out by the police to Ivan, Jing Xiang, Jingbo and Zong Ning for catching a robber !! Wow ! Cool ! Next, was the Principal's Dialouge Session. Lol, the Kai Qing and Nicholas Ong was the panelist. And again, 4I dominates. The grand finale - 4I Class Performance. It was a dam last minute performance. We only decided who to go up on Wednesday and you know what? The performers - Zong Ning, Gerald, Yew Wei and Xing Jin rocks. They performed so well despite not having any rehearsals !! And we got quite a high score of 8/10 from Mrs. Janey Sim !! Just today, we just got informed that we are going to perform on Teacher's Day !! Omg ! Last minute work still can win !! 4I ROCKS !!

Anyway, things aside, I must say that the past 5 days have been very slack. No homework everyday I go home. Lol. English lessons for yesterday and today were also very enjoyable. Lol, Ms. Loh suddenly make the whole class laugh like mad, especially with today's pronunciation lessons. Everyone had fun learning the correct pronunciation and learning some new knowledge. Haha.

Lol, organic chemistry seems difficult. Argh ! Today learnt how to draw isomers. Haha. It was quite fun drawing that too. Trains your mind to think too. I think one must be able to visualise the structure in order to draw out all the isomers. =)

Going for camp tomorrow. Coming back on Sunday. Monday is Racial Harmony Day so Sunday need not rush to complete homework. Haha. Argh ! Ms. Adeline Tan randomed and selected me to be a game master for RHD. Lol, in charge of a game called, "Bolah Tin", something like Bowling lah. Have to wear blue on that day. Wonder if I have a blue shirt....

Well, the past 2 days have been slack for me. Monday there wasn't any homework and today is Project's Day Semi-Finals and i am not taking part so can slack !! Hehe...

The first lesson on Monday was WANGWY's lesson. So boring. I think she never even planned for Monday's lesson. She just came in and do some crap worksheet on the short story that we went through last week. Argh ! Waste time !

Chemistry was next and then P.E. P.E. was extremely exciting and enjoyable. Lol, it was hip-hop lessons. So cool right? It was quite fun. Learnt some basic hip hope moves. But I sort of fumbled with it initially, but after a few more tries, it was quite ok le !! Lol, the instructor say all of us need to get the groove and the feel of the hip hop music (groove? sounds familiar? Project SuperStar Judge, Billy Koh also say that. Haha...) and we are too stiff already, must try to relax! Haha... Hmm, lol, dam fun, then the instructor increased the tempo and we have to dance faster. Argh ! Lol. Next week is Racial Harmony Day so no P.E. Well, the week after next shall learn more... Lol.

Later in the Day got Permutation and Combination test. Lol, the test need to learn definition and i never learn. Lol. "Explain what is meant by the Addition and Multiplication Principle". Argh ! Like that 6 marks gone liao, cause I never study. *Sob*...

Hmm, back to today. Today is a slack day. Project's Day Semi-Finals. Slacked the whole day at Auditorium. Never really listened to the projects though. Was listening to music on my handphone throughout. Lol. Slack slack slack. And the day just passed. Was dismissed from Auditorium at about 1.20p.m. Argh ! But still have to go for WANGWY's lesson. Must write Chinese Script Assignment. Sianz lah. Nevertheless, managed to finished writing at 4.00p.m and went back home after that. Lol.

Reached home liao, as usual, watched one episode of Forensic Heroes. Haha. Now left 10 more episodes then i finish the whole drama liao. Lala. Whee...

Hah, the weekend was great. I was slacking and resting as I was completely stressed out the last week and a good rest would be great and beneficial. =)

Well, I also continued to watch my Hong Kong drama, Forensic Heroes. Lol, it is a great drama. There are a lot of scenes of the pathologist and foresnics at work. Their job is so cool, lol. But nevertheless, I still find being a pilot the coolest. Haha... Anyways, I am halfway through the drama, not exactly half though. Watched finished 11/25 episodes. =)

My parents told me to push back the orientation day for my SYFC course. And yes, I have passed the interview and have been selected as a Student Pilot. Yipeeee!! So I called them and the suitable date was 27 October. Well, this date is great as the school's EOY exams have ended and I can concentrate fully on the course. Lol. And i think i am in 156BFC, it's just a code for the course cohort. Never mind about that. So i guess i will be starting proper flying in November after the orientation in end October. Wheee...... Here I soar.........

I am getting Jun Hui's help in Math on "Just One Page" Worksheets after school tomorrow. Lol, quite a lot don't know how to do. Argh ! Tomorrow also got Permutation and Combination quiz. Not sure if I can score or not, cause is self-study. Lol.

Just finished writing my testimonial. Lol, spent a few hours doing it cause I don't know how to phrase the wordings. Haha. And now I have finished it !! Good. But still got english composition template to finish. So......

Hah, today was a very long day for me. Lessons started at 8.00a.m and ended only at 6.30p.m for me. Omg, such a long day. And all in all, I only had a 40 min recess, 10 min short break and 30 min lunch break. Omg, this is worst than working class adults !!! *sob*

Today got consortium assembly. As usual, there is the Ortus council updates and updates by Ms Koe about the latest happenings in Ortus. After that, there is sharing of JC life by 3 JC2 seniors from the college section. Woa, well, JC life seems quite ok and well to me from their sharing. Anyways, will always be looking forward to JC life cause it would be a whole new experience from that of primary and secondary school. A completely new, extremely new experience...

Ms Gwee gave back Semester 1 IHE Exam back. Ah, sianz, below class average. So many A1s... =( Sad..

Nvm, results for Term 2's Chinese Term Test looks satisfying. I got an A2, whee !! Was glad that my composition did not wrote out of point. Lol.

Official lessons ended at 4.00p.m. I then went for physics documentary screening, titled "Elegant Universe". It was an interesting documentary in which it talks about the forces governing the Universe. These forces are the Gravitational force, Electromagnetism, Strong and Weak Nuclear forces. In which, Electromagnetism, Strong and Weak Nuclear forces are grouped under Quantum Mechanics and Gravitational force under Einstein's theory of relativity.

This documentary then talks about the efforts of Einstein and other current physicsists to unify all the above forces to come up with one master equation which can be used to describe and explain all the phenomenon that the Universe is facing, including the Big Bang, black holes, etc.

There was this String theory that came up. However, it was faced with many problems and difficulties. Thus up till today, no one is able to provide a master equation. Well, someday, someone might.... =)

Argh, tired liao. Luckily today no homework so now can go sleep liao... Hehe...

Wednesday's timetable is always the slackest because there are two practical sessions and lessons end at 1.30p.m. So effectively, the time spent for classroom lessons is very very very little which is good !! Haha...

Had two practicals today - Physics and Biology. Nevertheless, I hope we can have Physics, Chemistry and Biology practicals all in one day. Lol, then it becomes an ultimate slack day. Haha...

Anyway, did not have WANGWY lessons today, so fun. But tomorrow is her double period !! Argh !! Are we going to write composition or letters again? Haiz, no choice...

I ended a meeting at about 4.45p.m or 5.00p.m, cannot remember exact timing. Was walking pass LT3 when i saw Ai Chin, my OB Mongolia instructor, in school. Lol, she was here to conduct the Term 3 Mongolia briefing. Haha. Then she told me to go in to chit chat. But go in liao also sit behind lah, the Term 3 participants just finished briefing and settling some admin stuff.

Then we chit chat about miscellanous stuff lor. Awhile only lah. About 5.40p.m, I left LT3 with sengky and bade "bye-bye" to Ai Chin. Lol.

Reached home quite late liao so eat dinner straight away. After dinner, watch a bit of TV and do a bit of Math and here I am blogging !!

Ok, nothing much liao, tomorrow will be a long day - from 8.00a.m to 6.00p.m.

Back to school today !! Quite a slack day, great for me haha.

Got back Math paper, hah, i supposed it's below average cause when Mr. Png give back that time I was one of the last few who got back (papers were given back according to marks, highest give back first) =( Sianz lah, got back then realised I made a lot of careless mistakes of which I lost 2 marks because I pressed calculator wrongly or somehow maybe I recorded wrongly !!! The answer is 26 2/3 then I write 25 2/3. Then lost 2 marks, wtf, T.T

Next was Biology Revision Test. Hah, didn't really studied much so didn't really know how to do the questions lor. Got two four marks question on labelling structures and I didn't study that !!! Argh !!! One on eye and the other on nervous system. =(=(

The day ended with WANGWY's lesson. When she came in, we saw that she didn't carry any composition questions so we cheered, clapped, became high as we don't need to write Chinese composition today. Lol. And she said she was disappointed that we had this attitude towards Chinese composition and it was not correct then she rattled on... (wasting time) She went through analysis of Term 2's Chinese Common Test. Class MSG was 3.11. ROFL. She said she was disappointed as we don't read and analyse the questions carefully so content marks lose alot. Something happened in the midst of it....

A cockroach crawled from Jun Hui's place then to my place then to Hwa Pheng's and finally to Wang Zhuo's Chello, placed at the back of the class. Hah, I thought the cockroach will spend it's time behind the lockers but suddenly, Yu Tung exclaimed and held the cockroach by it's feelers. Haha, then walked in front showed WANGWY and threw it into the dustbin. WANGWY's expression rocked, she seemed so scared of the cockroach and walked quite a distance back. LOL, the whole class was laughing at her expression. Haha =)=)

She then went through the answers for the cloze passages that she gave us as holiday homework.

Hooray !! School ended !! Go home.

Reached home at about 4.45p.m. Lol, continued watching a Hong Kong Drama. Actually, after I finished watching the Japanese Drama, "Good Luck", I continued watching a Hong Kong Drama titled, "Forensic Heroes". This is because Ivan gave me a very good website to watch dramas. Other than dramas, the website also got movies and animes. Website is http://www.crunchyroll.com/
I was browsing through the drama list then I noticed "Forensic Heroes" this Hong Kong Drama so decided to click and watch lor. Then released it was quite nice and interesting. =) The drama also quite new, released in Hong Kong in 2006 only. Yay, get to watch it early. Hehe... Just watched finished Episode 5 today, altogether got 25 Episodes... Haha, maybe one day watch one episode lor.

Maybe I have already found for myself what to do during October/November/December holidays. I will watch dramas on top of SYFC lessons (if i get selected). Cause the website seriously has a lot of cool Japanese and Hong Kong dramas. So I gonna spend my time watching these nice dramas. Haha...

Ok, quite tired for today already, just completed the english article presentation.

Just finished watching a japanese drama - "good luck". It was recommended by Ivan, lol (refer to tagboard). As it was related to aviation (pilot), I was quite interested in it. And I spent my whole day today from morning until now plus about 2 hours yesterday to watch the entire drama series - 10 episodes. Well, the story was very very very interesting and touching. I don't really know how/why I feel it's great. It's just the feeling i get when i watched the drama. Or maybe because I am really interested in aviation and somemore this is in Japan (and I like Japan).

Maybe I will just summarise here:

In the story got one First Officer (FO) pliot named Shinkai, just graduated from pilot school. And there is this one flight audit officer (that's what they called it) named Captain Kouda. His job is basically to manage pilots and see their performance. This Captain Kouda is very well-known to be very mean to pilots and very strict, one mistake and it means a harsh punishment.

One day, Shinkai was flying with another Captain. Just before landing, the Captain's back start to ache and cannot handle the landing, so Shinkai was asked to take over. And so Shinkai took over and landed successfully. However, Captain Kouda saw this as an irresponsible act and dismissed the Captain who was flying with Shinkai.

Shinkai was not pleased with this and argued with Captain Kouda and because of that, Shinkai was suspended for two days. Shinkai did not want to apologise to Kouda as he felt he did nothing wrong. This made Kouda to continue suspending him. Shinkai realised that flying is his real passion and eventually went to apologise to Kouda.

Hah, to cut things short. In the drama, there were a lot of instances where Shinkai argued with Kouda and Kouda even told Shinkai straight off his face that he was stupid and was a failure as a person. And they argued a lot lor....

However, Shinkai did not know that Kouda had a sad past that led to him becoming so strict as a person now. Because 12 years ago, he was with another airline. He was supposed to fly but he was sick and called the standby pilot. Eventually, the plane crashed due to system malfunction. Kouda believed that if he flew the plane on that day, the accident will not have happened.

Conincidentally, the plane which crashed were the parents of a mechanic in the airlines named Ogawa. Shinkai also knew Ogawa as on Shinkai's first flight, after he landed, Ogawa (being the ground staff) told Shinkai off the face that Shinkai suck as a pilot, not knowing how to handle the plane.

And so, these three people had a lot of development. Nevertheless, Shinkai eventually got along better with Kouda. The story took a turn when Shinkai fell from 6 metres and broke some of his leg nerves, causing some reduced leg functionality, causing him not being able to fly. Actually, Kouda was responsible for Shinkai's accident. Kouda resigned in an effort to take responsibility for what happened. Shinkai stopped Kouda in the nick of time and begged Kouda to continue flying with him until Shinkai was a Captain as he felt that Kouda is really a good teacher and skilled pilot.

Shinkai told the risk of an operation to repair his nerves with the operation only having a success rate of less than 10% The operation succeeded. Shinkai was able to fly again. However, he has to retake some of the exams.

The final exam came when Shinkai had to fly to Honolulu with Kouda as his examiner. On the way, there was turbulence and many troubles in the Cabin and of course, they handled and everything was alright. Best thing of all, Kouda passed Shinkai and Shinkai returned to the team !

Things aside, Ogawa and Shinkai developed their love since their first encounter. At the same time, Shinkai was also trying to fix the relationship between him and his father as he ran away from home to become a pilot (to fulfil his passion).

Ok, that's all, ops, I guess that's quite long !! Haha, it's really a very nice drama, too engrossed in it already. Nevertheless, it had a happy ending. =) Lol, sorry if you all don't understand what I am saying above. However, if you all watch it, you all sure will understand de. =P

If want to watch, can go youtube. Search for "GL 1.1". Got 10 episodes - episode 1 and 10 broken into 6 parts and the rest into 5 parts. Each part averaging about 8-10 mins. Lol.
